Refunds and Returns

Returns Policy

 

We do accept returns of wigs that have not been worn, with the lace front in tact and in its original packaging – including tissue paper insert and hair net.

 

We cannot accept returns of wigs that have been tried on due to health and hygiene reasons.

We do not accept returns unless a product is damaged or not as described.

 

We are currently unable to offer exchanges due to colour or style, or if customer have changed their mind after purchase.

Please be aware of this before purchasing, we do provide support to help you choose a suitable wig including mannequin photos, customer photos and a written description.

 

We offer mannequin photos and where applicable model photos, customers photos and reviews to help you decide whether the wig is suitable before making a purchase.

If you feel one of our items is defective or damaged then please get in touch first. We will then begin the returns process for you.

 

Wigs must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Please contact us using our contact form/email prior to returning a wig with 7 days.

 

Please note: If you asked for the lace to be cut prior to shipping the wig cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty. All wigs will be thoroughly inspected before a refund is granted to ensure the wig is in its original condition. We have a zero tolerance policy to returning wigs that have been worn due to hygiene reasons.

 

Zella Rose cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs due to styling or wear. 

 

Please note that postage will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for any returns or exchange postage costs.
